I just wanted to take a moment to thank all of you again for your continuous understanding, flexibilty and cooperation while we weathered the storm. You all are blessing for Living Alternatives and we appreciate your attendance in the 2015 Heaton Eye Hope Open.

We have started matches early and are no longer at a 5 hr delay. Approx. 3 hour delay from original match times! Good luck everyone!

Update - 10:30 Sunday - FINAL OFFER!!
This is our last effort! Matches delayed to start at 1:30pm. That is a 5hr delay from the scheduled match times. Please join us at TTSC from 11:30-1:30 for lunch...we have a ton of food coming so please come hungry!! Our plan from this point on is to play as many matches as possible. We will not ask any matches to start after 7:30pm, but if both players/teams are willing to play after we will stay and until you have had enough tennis! Thank you all for your understanding and support all weekend long...we know it is not easy. If you choose to withdraw please email the tournament director asap so draws can be updated.

Things are looking good for tennis today! All matches are delayed 1.5 hrs from posted online match times. We will finish play today (weather permitting) playing with 8 game pro sets, no ad scoring, and a set tiebreaker at 7-all. Thank you again for your patience and understanding this weekend!

Please join us Friday night, March 20th for food, kids carnival, and tennis. Upon event registration, every player will receive a goodie bag, meal tickets, and t-shirt. If you have an unpaid entry fee, that can be collected at time of registration. Have a great tournament and be proud in the event you are supporting! THANK YOU ALL!

Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, March 3, 2015 11:59:00 PM Central Time.
