JDS Monday: All Monday matches are delayed 1 hour from the times on the draws at JDS only. JDS Sunday unplayed or unfinished matches should report at 7:45 am. For EXample 8 am matches are now 9 am, 9 am matches are now 10 am, ETC.
Matches at Tattnall and Mercer should report at the time showing on the draws. There are no delays for BG12 or BG14 or BG10.

Due to the limited parking at JDS, registration will be held at several locations on Friday and Saturday. Please read the lists below for your location. We thank you in advance for going to the correct location. Shirts for players will only be at the assigned site.

It would be very helpful if you have your medical release already printed and completed when you arrive.

Registration is from 12:30 until 7:00PM on Friday at each of the sites.

We prefer that everyone register on Friday if at all possible. However, for those who can’t, please be at your registration site at least 1 hour before your first match time to insure you are not late checking in for your match.

Withdrawals prior to the online entry deadline should be done in Tennis Link.

All Withdrawals after ONLINE entries close must be sent in writing by E-mail to maconten@bellsouth.net to the attention of Donna Bailey. and copy the referee at chelton48@yahoo.com.

Include the reason for the withdrawal. Please be aware that if a player withdraws for any reason other than illness, injury, or personal circumstance: suspension points will be given to that player.
Medical documentation of the illness or injury must be sent once the draws are posted.

We will be checking if players that withdraw are playing in other tournaments that same week.

Players withdrawing within 7 days of the tournament start date will not be refunded the entry fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 11:59 PM EST on Friday, May 22, 2015

USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of tournament registration. Saturday - SF and Finals of Doubles, 1 round of main draw singles
Sunday - 1 round of Main draw singles, 2 rounds of consolation
Monday - 1 round of Main draw singles, 2 rounds of consolation
Tuesday - 2 rounds of Main draw singles (QF and SF), 2 rounds of consolation
Wednesday - Finals and 3/4 Playoff of Main draw singles, 2 rounds of consolation (SF and F)

Onsite Alternates must sign in with Cheryl Helton, tournament referee, at John Drew Smith Tennis Center.
Any alternate desiring admittance must check in and be ready for play no later than 15 minutes prior to the first scheduled match time of the event for which they are an alternate.
•If a default or withdrawal creates a vacancy in the draw, the alternate who has signed in and is highest on the alternate list will fill the vacancy.
•The order of the alternates is based on the Alternate List published by the tournament, not a more recent Southern Standings List, and not in the order in which the players check in.

All the 10s boys and girls will be played at Healy Point Country Club on clay. All other divisions will be on hard courts.
BG10 will play no ad scoring.

Using Wilson balls for the 10 & under.
Using Penn balls for the 12 - 18 divisions.

After further consideration, it has been determined that ALL AGE DIVISIONS WILL BE PLAYED IN MACON. The selections for the tournament, as soon as the entries have closed, the selections will come from the May 12th Georgia standing list.

A Facebook Group has been created for this tournament. If you are looking for a doubles partner, please ask for membership in the group to communicate with other players(parents) about pairings for doubles.
