Solano Community College (SCC), 4000 Suisun Valley
Road, Fairfield, CA 94534. Players should park in the student parking lots #4
and #6. You do not need to buy a parking pass on the weekends. The campus police have warned the tournament that they will issue citations to anyone driving, parking, dropping off or picking up players on the access roads around the courts. Again please park in student lots #4 or #6. It is a very short walk from there to the courts. See the link to

You should always check the tournament Home Page before leaving for the tournament for schedule changes, players withdrawals, and possible weather delays.
DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME (DST) BEGINS SATURDAY NIGHT
Remember daylight savings time begins Saturday night. If you have a Sunday match be sure to set your clocks ahead so you are not late for your Sunday match!!!
Important Entry Information
1) Players can enter only one of the three tournaments -- either the
Open, the Challenger, or the Green Ball -- not any combination.
Players entering Singles and Doubles in the Challenger Tournament must
be in the same age group -- for example, a player can enter 12 Singles
and 12 Doubles, but not 12 Singles and 14 Doubles.
reserves the right to limit draws to 16 singles players and 8 doubles
teams if we receive more entries that we can accommodate.
OPEN Singles --------------- 2 sets with a match tiebreak.
CHALLENGER Singles --- 8 game proset.
CHALLENGER Doubles -- 8 game proset.
GREEN BALL Singles ----- One Set, Regular scoring.
GREEN BALL Doubles ---- One 10-point-match tiebreak.
All Green Ball entrants will be entered in both Singles and Doubles.
Tournament Desk Check-In
Please check in at the tournament desk at least
15 minutes prior to your scheduled match time. If you are late, regardless if a
court is available, you will be penalized one game for each 5 minuets you are
late up to 3 games or fifteen minuets, after which you will be defaulted.
Exceptions are at the discretion of the referee and/or tournament director.
Doubles Entry Info:
Challenger Doubles: If you are playing doubles we suggest that you enter with a partner. If you do not have a partner you can enter alone. If you would like us to help you find a partner please email, email@example.com or call Phil Cello at 707-853-0915
12/U Green Ball Doubles: All 12/U players are required to play both singles and doubles. If you do not signup with a partner we will pair you with a partner if one is available. If there is someone that you would like to play with please contact me using the contact information above.
Players needing to withdraw should contact Phil Cello, Tournament Director at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 707-853-0915, If you do need to withdraw please contact us as soon as possible so that we can notify your opponent.
COURT-SIDE VIEWING AND SEATING
Each court has a viewing area directly centered directly behind the
court to allow for good viewing of the match. We suggest that you bring
a portable chair/s as
there is no permanent seating in those viewing areas.
NIKE CAMPS TEE SHIRT & JELLY BELLY DRAWING
All players will have an opportunity to win a Nike Camps tee shirt or Jelly Belly "Sports Beans". After each match both players must come back to the desk. The winner must report the score and the loser will get to draw to win a bag of Jelly Belly Sport Beans or a Nike Camps Tee Shirt.

The Solano Open and Challenger tournaments are run at the Solano
Community College, 4000 Suisun Valley Road, Fairfield, CA 94534.
The tournament proceeds go to the Solano Tennis and Education
Foundation (STEF). STEF's current initiatives are the establishment
of a free after school tennis development and educational mentoring
program at Solano CC for Solano County juniors and the formation
and funding of a men's and women's tennis team at Solano CC.
Donations to STEF can be made through the Solano Educational
Foundation by contacting Curt Johnston ED, 707-864-7141.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, March 1, 2014 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
