THE QUALIFYING TOURNAMENT WILL BE HELD AS A 1 WEEKEND TOURNAMENT ON MARCH 24TH AND MARCH 25TH. THE SEMIFINALISTS WILL THEN BE QUALIFIED FOR THE MAIN DRAW...........THE SCHEDULE OF PLAY FOR THE MAIN DRAW = QUARTERS {2 MATCHES WILL PLAY MAY 4TH AND 2 MATCHES WILL PLAY JUNE 1ST}. SEMIS = 2 MATCHES ON JULY 6TH. FINALS = AUGUST 3RD. THE TOP 4 SEEDS WILL HAVE A BYE TO THE QUARTERS = BLOCK SEEDED.

PRIZE $ FOR THIS TOURNAMENT IS AS FOLLOWS: 1ST = $1,000.00, 2ND = $500.00, SEMI LOSERS = $250.00

A player shall not be entered at the time entries close in two or more USTA sanctioned tournaments scheduled to take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved understands the situation and concurs in writing. Players may play in concurrent tournaments provided those tournaments involved are advised of the conflict by the player prior to entry, and agree in writing to accept such concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule. The final decision rests with each tournament committee. If one tournament agrees to accept concurrent entries and accommodate the player's schedule but the concurrent tournament does not, the player may not enter both. If the player violates the rule against entering concurrent tournaments, such tournaments will not count toward ranking or Grand Prix points.
