Matches for ages 12s-18s and 10s Green Dot will be played at Waco Regional Tennis Center - 900 W. Lake Shore Dr, Waco TX 76708.0 Due to the number of entries, Boys 16 round of 32 and round of 16 will be played at McLennan Community College. 14 College Dr Waco TX 76708. This site is less than a mile from Waco Regional. Matches for 10s Orange Dot will be played at Ridgewood Country Club - 7301 Fish Pond Rd, Waco TX 76710
Driving directions are listed below. These sites are 12 minutes apart, Use Lake Shore Dr to travel between them. Matches may move to other sites if we experience weather related delays. Interstate 35 is under construction through Waco. Please allow extra time to reach your match.

900 W. Lake Shore Dr. , Waco, TX 76708 (It shares a parking lot with Hawaiian Falls.) Walk straight through the building and you will see the pavilion. Check in at the tournament desk located at the back of the pavilion. From Dallas: From I35, take Exit 339 (Lake Shore Dr) on the right. Turn right onto Lake Shore Dr for 3 miles. Turn left into River Bend Park. Waco Regional Tennis & Fitness is on the right. From Austin: From I35, take Exit 335C (MLK Jr. Blvd) on the right. Turn left onto MLK for 4 miles. Welcome & Safety Instructions
Welcome to our tournament during these crazy times. Please contact Claire 254-717-8789 / mcferranc@aol.com with any questions. If you need to withdraw for any reason please do so via text / email. General Information
Plan to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled match time and depart immediately after your match. 8:00am matches may check in as early as 7:30am but you must stay on your assigned match court. Do not ‘jump on’ any court. McLennan Community College courts will be open for warmup beginning at noon on Saturday and all day Sunday. Check in via text when you arrive in the parking lot. The numbers for each site are listed below. Provide your first and last name and age division (Example: Claire McFerran G10 Orange Ball) You will be directed to a court or asked to come to the desk area. Remember to check in and follow the desk’s instructions before your scheduled match time to avoid lateness penalties. You must check in prior to each match. We recommend that you do not use the benches but instead use that as your 6ft guide You may come to the desk with questions or to get an official. Please respect the 6 ft distancing for the desk marked by the caution tape.
Report scores immediately after the match via text to the same number. Make sure both players agree on the score. Include your court number, the winner’s name and the winner’s score. Leave the balls and we will sanitize the benches and pick up used balls before sending more players to the court. Your next match time will show on the app. Questions are welcome! If you don’t text or have internet access, you may report your score at thaol.com.e tournament desk and we will gladly give you your next match time.
Bring your own ice, water bottles, towels, snacks, etc. Bringing your own chair is a good idea for spectators and players. Emergency ice for injuries only will be located at the tournament desk. It will not be sanitary for consumption. Stay hydrated!
Court usage will be tracked. If you test positive for Covid-19 up to 3 days after the tournament, please let us know. We will contact your opponents and the players that used the court after you. Your name will not be mentioned. The message will read ‘We want to inform you that you may have come in contact with someone who has developed Covid-19 within 3 days after playing in our October Challenger’.
Specific Site Instructions Waco Regional Tennis Center -Texting Number 254-717-8789 Enter through the main doors and exit through the double doors straight ahead. Masks are required in the building. Continue past the Stadium court to the back side of the pavilion. Restrooms are located in the front of the pavilion. There is a no-touch water dispenser beside the restrooms Most matches will take place on courts 5-18. The tournament desk will be located behind caution tape under the trees next to our courts. Drinks and snacks may be purchased in the main building. The pro shop will be open. 6ft distancing and masks are required indoors.
McLennan Community College – Texting Number 254-715-9342 Parking is directly across from the courts on McLennan Dr. Masks are required at all times on MCC campus unless you are on the court. A port-a-john is located next to the courts. Before and after the match, you are welcome to use the facilities at Waco Regional. The tournament desk is located at the picnic table in front of the courts. Bring a lawn chair to watch matches next to the court.
Ridgewood Country Club – Texting Number 254-424-1268 Parking is located next to the courts. The tournament desk is located downstairs on the patio. Restrooms and no touch water dispenser are located on the patio. The clubhouse will be closed. Please wear your mask if you come to the desk or are within 6 ft of others.

Excessive Overrule Guideline:
The USTA Texas Officials Committee along with the Competitive Department has established a guideline in reference to excessive overrules as clarified in the Friend at Court. This guideline states "Once a player has been overruled for a second time in a match, they will be cautioned that after another overrule, they will be penalized for unsportsmanlike conduct under the point penalty system."

Registration Confirmation: As a parent or player it is your responsibility to assure registration in the event. Regardless if you register on the website or mobile app after completing the registration you should visit the USTA web driven site and confirm your registration by finding the player in the applicants list. If you select to skip this process please be aware that should any malfunctions of the system occur, players will not be granted late entrance in the event due to a system error.

ATTENTION ALL SPECTATORS (INCLUDES PARENTS, COACHES, RELATIVES, FRIENDS, ETC.) In an effort to promote a more enjoyable and fair experience for all, the following policy is in immediate force and effect, and shall be diligently and stringently enforced. USTA Texas has implemented a “ZERO TOLERANCE” policy for improper behavior.
1. Any attempt by a spectator to speak to the official in an abusive or disrespectful manner regarding a line call or other ruling during match play shall be cause for immediate removal from the playing area and, if warranted, from the premises.

2. Any spectator behavior deemed unacceptable towards a player, other spectator or staff member shall be cause for immediate removal from the playing area or the entire premises. If said behavior is directed towards a player, either before, during or after a tournament, it shall result in an automatic and immediate suspension of that spectator’s right to attend USTA Texas tournaments, for a period of time to be determined by the USTA Texas Discipline and Grievance Committee. 3. Refusal to adhere to a removal request shall trigger immediate enforcement of the point penalty system against the player with whom the spectator is involved (per point penalty system regulations), including possible immediate default from the tournament. 4. The On-Site Official is the SOLE judge regarding unacceptable behavior. Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 24, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
