This tournament is not sanctioned and will not count for ranking by the governing organization.
Player Eligibility and Tournament Organization
This
tournament is open to any players. All players will be separated into Round
Robin groups of 4 players. The four players in a group will be, as much as
possible, at the same skill level. These four players will play each other in
short (see Scoring) back-to-back matches that should all be completed in
roughly three hours.
As the tournament is intended for players that played matches
on the Auburn area singles ladder the players from the ladder will, in most
cases, be in their own round robin groups with other players at close to the
same level on the ladder.

Scoring
of each match will be two 4 game sets with a five point tie breaker played at
3-all in a set. If players split sets then a seven point tie-breaker will be
played in lieu of a third set. Players will play three of these short matches
in a row against the three other players in their group to complete the round robin the day of the tournament.
