Practice Courts and Spectator guidelines
Each Player will be limited to ONE spectator. The governor has issued a mandated limiting the amount of people inside our building. Practice courts will be available before our 8am start time. Reservations will begin at 630am and will be limited to one half hour so everyone that wants a court can get one. Once play begins our outdoor courts will be available on a walk on basis -however Twos members will have the right to bump you for a court if needed. Indoor reservations can be made beginning Monday Sept 14 at 8:30am. The price is $10 for the half hour and payment is required when making the reservation. Match times will be published Wednesday.

USTA/Midwest COVID-19 Safety Procedures
The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows: * First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home. * Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player. * The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches. * Social distancing will be strongly encouraged in addition to wearing a face mask. * We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches outdoors. * Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time. * There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches. * Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so. * All tournament staff will be wearing masks.

Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 32 Players based on UTR with 100% reliability
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: All 8 seeds are done using UTR. If you have questions regarding player selection and/or seeding, please contact the USTA/Midwest Section office at jrtourney@midwest.usta.com

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Compass Draw. All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 32 COMP

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 3 rounds of play. SUNDAY - 1 round for all directions except for the East. Players left in the East draw will finish through the finals. Other directions will not play their final.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, September 10, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
