FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
* When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
* Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message. * If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

ARRIVAL FOR SCHEDULED MATCH PLAY
Players should arrive to the facility for their scheduled match no more than 10 minutes prior to their match time as per published draws.

PLAYER PROTOCOL
In order to maintain as safe an environment as possible during this period of Covid-19, All players must wear masks at all times when in the common areas of the club (entry vestibule, halls/walkways and bathrooms) as well as maintain social distancing. Players will be responsible for bringing their own water and individual chairs (club court seating will not be available).

SPECTATORS
In order to maintain as safe an environment as possible during this period of Covid-19, there will not be any spectator viewing for this tournament. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause

WAIVERS
MANDATORY: All players must fill out and sign an USTA Waiver prior to playing their first match. Players will not be permitted to compete without executing a waiver and deposited with the club.

USE OF BATHROOMS
In order to maintain as safe an environment as possible during this period of Covid-19, the use of masks and social distancing must be adhered to. Recommended CDC hygiene guidance must be followed.

MATCH FORMAT
Format for singles matches will be the best of three tie-break sets, with a Deciding Match Tie-Break in lieu of the third set. If a player splits sets, there will be a 2-minute on court break before a 10 point Deciding Match Tie-break will be played. Coaching is not allowed during the 2 minute break. Players are responsible for checking the draws for their match times.

All tournament matches will be played on hard indoor surface

PRACTICE COURT RESERVATIONS
Court reservations for warm ups can be made by calling the front desk at 516.536.2323. Reservations are based on availability and are subject to a rental fee.

The tournament site is located in the Point Set Tennis located at 3065 New Street, Oceanside NY 11572.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

Eastern Super Six Eastern's Super Six events are restricted to Eastern players only. Selection is based on the Section Standing of the age group of the event + up to 3 players from the top 25 of the Eastern Standing list of the next younger age division (except in the 12U division.) Players may register for multiple age groups but will only be selected to one: If a player is selected to an older age division they will automatically withdrawn from the younger division. If the player is not selected to the older division, they will only be eligible for the younger division. Please keep this in mind when registering.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, August 27, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
