Draws and Match Schedule Now Posted
The draws and match schedules are now posted. Please remember to download Match!Tennis app to submit the required medical release form 24 hours prior to the start of your first match. Players will be contacted by the mobile number used in their USTA profile via the Match!Tennis App for the court assignment and any tournament updates. Player should arrive at the tennis center 15 minutes prior to their match times and report to the assigned tennis center before or at their match times. Thank for your participating in this tournament. I look forward to seeing you on Saturday, 8/29.

FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE YOU'LL RECEIVE COURT ASSIGNMENTS VIA TEXT
When setting up your Match Tennis App account, all family members should sign in with the same username and password.
Make sure you add three DIFFERENT contact numbers during the Pre Tournament Virtual Check-In THAT WILL BE ON during the tournament. They all should be cell numbers since messages will be in the form of texts. When you are called to court, all your contact phones will receive the message.
* If you need to add or change contact numbers go to “My Account” in Match Tennis App and click “Completed Waivers” to add or change contact numbers.

Welcome!
This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia
as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,

to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants The full late entry policy is stated below. A $10 fee may be charged for a late entry.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday at noon. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament web page for the player draws, match times and any
other updates.
Format Round Robin Format.
Trophies will be awarded to First Place only.
Limited Draws
to 8: Tournament
Director is permitted to have up to four (4) draws per Division.
Boys & Girls 10s – All matches are the best
of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a “sudden death” played at 3-games all:
the next game wins the set (it is not necessary to play a set tiebreak nor to
win by 2 games). If the players/teams
split sets, the final set is a 7-point tiebreak: the first player/team to 7
points wins (it is not necessary to win by 2 points). Adult monitoring and play
supervision (correcting scoring mistakes) may be permitted, but no coaching is allowed.
Boys & Girls 12s-18s (SG) - All matches are the
best of 2 no-ad short sets (4 games), with a set tiebreak (first to 7 points by
2) played if the set score is tied at 3-games all. Should the players/teams
split sets, the final set is a match tiebreak (first to 10 pts by 2). Coaching is NOT allowed.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. No refunds for withdrawals after the tournament deadline.

Individual players can register for this tournament. The
tournament director will pair players together within their age
group when possible.
Match Format - Singles
All players will be placed in two matches with the FIC Quarter
Finals consolation match format. Main draw and consolation match
scoring is the best 2 sets with a third set tiebreaker to determine
the match. FIC through Quarterfinals, 3rd and 4th place playoffs.
Some consolations matches may not finish.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will

Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into all USTA
GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided
that such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further
provided that late entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be
accepted into the draw under any circumstances. Accepting late
entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament Committee. Seeds
must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration. Once
draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept
late entries.
Draws

and any other updates. Any match times found on the Internet,
outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial. Official
match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at the
tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get
their match time and the location.

If this tournament is canceled due to weather conditions, players
will receive a credit towards future tournament as follows: No
match played - 100% registration fee paid, 1 match played - no
credit. Note: USTA service charge is non-refundable.
