Covid-19 Adjustments
USTA
Northwest Ohio Tennis Association has great pride in hosting and offering a
first-class tournament experience. Part
of this experience has been for us to be able to offer snacks and water. This year the districts and facilities will
not be offering water or snacks. Please
make sure to bring your own water and snacks as well as all other supplies you
would need to play either inside or out.
The
facilities hosting the event ask that all people use their best judgement when
it comes to the covid-19 situation.
Social distancing will be strongly encouraged. Also, once a match is complete, results
turned in and next match time received we ask that you leave the indoor
facility immediately.
Please
make sure to bring your own chairs to sit in and watch the matches that are
played outside. Inside matches will have
designated viewing areas for family members and coaches.
There
will be no handshakes at the completion of the match.
We
ask that all players and spectators consider wearing a facial covering when off
of the court.
We
ask that each player come with just with one parent/coach.
If
you have been feeling sick we ask that you not play the tournament. (We will
also be taking the temperatures of players).
This
list will be updated over the course of the weeks leading up to the tournament.
