Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. In 2021, this event will be an Open Level 5.
PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order:
1 - 32 Players based on UTR with 100% reliable UTR
Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order:
1 - All 8 seeds based on UTR with 100% reliable UTR

POINTS PER ROUND

MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Quarterfinals). All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 32 FICQ
ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 3 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles.

1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

_Tournament Policies to Preventing the Spread of COVID
19._Arrival:Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your match
time. If you arrive early, please sit in your car.All players
will have their temperature checked upon entering the gate and
checking in at the tournament desk.Each player is allowed to
have 1 guest. Everyone is required to wear a mask.Please
stand 6 feet away from the tournament desk._During
MatchesPlayers will play with 4 balls. One player will be given
even number and the other player will be given odd numbered balls
to serve with.Players must place their equipment on opposite ends
of net posts and always change over on opposite net posts.Pick up
your opponent's balls with your feet and hit over the net.Do not
shake hands at the conclusion of the match. Bump
rackets._SanitizingThere is sanitizer on every court on the nets
post just below the score cards. Please sanitize every change
over.All handles are high touch areas are wiped down hourly.
_WaterPlayers must bring their own water, no drinking fountains are
available._MasksXS has extra masks on hand in case you forget one,
or yours breaks._BathroomsBathrooms have been equipped with single
use motorized plastic covers like they have at the

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, October 8, 2020 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
