PLAYER & SPECTATOR GUIDELINES AND PRACTICE COURTS
Each Player will be limited to ONE spectator. The governor has issued a mandate limiting the amount of people inside our building. Masks must be worn at all times when in the lobby and locker room. Once the match is complete, players are asked to leave the club until the next round. There will be no chairs on the courts and players are asked to bring their own water. We will be using 3 tennis balls per match.
Practice courts will be available before play each day. Reservations will be limited to one half hour so everyone that wants a court can get one. . Indoor reservations can be made beginning Monday Nov 23 at 8:30 am. The price is $10 for the half hour and payment is required when making the reservation. Match times will be published Wednesday.

USTA/Midwest COVID-19 Safety Procedures
The doubles division has been cancelled.
The COVID-19 procedures and policies in place by the USTA/Midwest Section for this event are as follows: * First and foremost, if you are not feeling well, please withdraw from the event. If you are a spectator and not feeling well, please stay home. * Player +1 for the entire event. Only one person is going to be allowed with each player. * The water fountains will not be accessible for the duration of the event. Please bring plenty of water for matches. * Social distancing will be strongly encouraged in addition to wearing a face mask. * We encourage bringing your own chair to watch any matches outdoors. * Do not enter the facility until 10-15 minutes before your scheduled match time. * There will be no handshakes at the conclusion of matches. * Once match results have been turned in, we request you leave the facility immediately. Only players are to approach the tournament desk. Please keep a safe distance when doing so. * All tournament staff will be wearing masks.

Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Quarterfinals). All Saturday matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. Sunday's semifinals and finals will be best 2 out of 3 sets. 32 FICQ

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 3 rounds of main draw and 2 rounds of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

Tournament Withdrawals
As a reminder, to be a bona fide withdrawal from a USTA sanctioned tournament and not subject to the Point Penalty System (FAC pp. 105-106), players must fulfill the following written verification requirements:
· Injury or Illness: player shall provide a written verification* of the injury or illness from a medical professional. · Personal Circumstance: player shall provide a written description* of the situation, which will be determined by the Referee. · If the reason for withdrawal is not for injury, illness, personal circumstance, or previously authorized entry into another tournament, the player is subject to the Suspension Point System. · *-Written verifications should be submitted to me no later than November 29th (last scheduled day of the tournament). Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, November 18, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
