Important USTA 2021 Changes
The USTA will be launching a new, simplified nationwide junior tournament competitive structure in January, 2021. These changes will create a standardized system that will drive greater consistency for our players, parents, coaches, tournament directors and officials. These changes will help better address the needs of all our constituents with the goals of driving growth in USTA Junior Tournaments. PLAYER SELECTION & SEEDING
This tournament will use a combination of USTA/Midwest Points Per Round and Universal Tennis Rating (UTR) for player selection and seeding. Players will be selected for the tournament in the following order: 1 - 22 Players based on the most recent USTA/Midwest Standings List in the age division of the tournament 2 - 10 Players based on UTR Players will be seeded for the tournament in the following order: All 8 seeds are done using UTR. MATCH SCORING/DRAW SIZE
Feed-in consolation draw (through the Quarterfinals). All matches are best of three tie-break sets with a 10-point tie-breaker in lieu of a 3rd set. 32 FICQ

TOURNAMENT HOTEL
Important to book early if you want to guarantee a room at our tournament rates for this weekend. We have 2 tournament hotels. Country Inn & Suites is located at 9790 Clark Drive, Rossford, Ohio. The room rate is $89 per night for 2 Queen Beds and includes breakfast. Call the hotel directly at 419-872-9900 and mention Perrysburg Tennis Center. Holiday Inn Express and Suites Toledo/South Perrysburg is located at 12710 Roachton Road, Perrysburg, Ohio. The room rate is $109 per night for 2 Queen Beds and includes breakfast. PRACTICE COURTS
Practice courts will be available Friday evening for $20/hour. Payment must accompany reservation. Practice courts will be available before play begins both Saturday and Sunday in 30 minute intervals only. Call 419-873-6123 to reserve. There will be no refunds for reserved practice courts.

ORDER OF PLAY
SATURDAY - 3 rounds of main draw and 2 round of consolation singles. SUNDAY - 2 rounds of main draw and 3 rounds of consolation singles.

TOURNAMENT FEES
1) If your credit card has been declined, please contact the tournament director immediately. You have until noon Monday to pay the entry fee. The tournament director has the option to withdraw you from the competitors list if you have not communicated with them. 2) No refunds after player selection.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Thursday, February 13, 2020 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
