MAIN DRAWS POSTING - IMPORTANT
Main Draw To Be published Late Tuesday Please Read
I will not be able to publish the main draw until late Monday by midnight. I have to wait for the round robin to end (8PM) in order to know who makes the semis.
The process of creating the main draws in tennislink is all manual and will take time...there is no flick of a switch as it's an antiquated legacy system that the USTA uses. Please, do not call or text as I will post the draw as, quickly as possible hopefully by midnight.

Additional info on round robin and main draw selection
The Boys 10s and 12s and Girls 12s have three groups of 3 players. The top 4 players will play the main draw semi-finals, 3rd/4th place or the final. The top 4 consist of the 3 winners of their respective group, the 4th player will be selected from the 2nd place player in their respective group with the best record determined on matches won, then sets won, then most amount of games won (correction from this flaw logic -->least amount of games lost). I will flip a coin if there is a tie after that! Girls 10s and Boys 18s have two groups of 4. Top 2 players of each play the semis (1 vs 2 of each respective group). Girls 18s have 2 group of 4. Semis will be 1 vs 4 and 2 vs 3. All other divisions, the top players in their respective group will play semis, 3rd/4th place or finals.

Girls 12 draws was redone
Due to a player dropping out from the flu in the Girls 12s, I had to redo the draw because one group had 2 players and one group had 4. it was brought up to me why I had to redo the draw instead of sliding the lowest UTR player in the group of 2. That would have been easy and made my work less complicated. However, since the player dropping out was in the middle of the group, the proper thing to do would be to move players below her into the proper.group. I will leave it at that.

Draws are out
The draws are completed, Please make sure you go to the right location. Scroll down for locations info. Arrive 15 minutes early if it's the Bay Club as you will need to check in at the front desk and sign a release waiver. At SDJA, a guard will check your ID before getting in. We didn't use high school facilities for additionals sites as we wanted to ensure the best playing environment. Thank you for your patience and this most likely be our last time with a round robin format. i hope all the kids have lots of fun! Patrick and Marc
