UPDATE As of 11:00 Tuesday Night
Singles Draws are closed - Singles Match Times are online. Some Doubles matches may have to be scheduled on Sunday after the Singles Matches, depending on who wins in singles and doubles. If the players who are still in doubles are out of the singles we will play the doubles matches earlier on Sunday.

Tournament Scheduling
We will try to play the tournament on Saturday and Sunday. We will only use Friday if we have to. we will not play matches on Friday before 5:00pm if we do. No final decisions will be made before the entries close. We may have matches on Monday if the draws are big.

Scheduling Note
In the event of rain the matches will be moved indoors and we will play No Ads. Match times will be modified depending on when it rains - how far along we are in the tournament. We do not have as many indoor courts available as out doors so there will be changes.

MATCH FORMATS
Singles matches will be first to two sets with a tiebreaker in lieu of the third set. The Doubles draws will first to 2 sets (sets to 4 games) with a tiebreaker in lieu of the third set. The matches will be played on clay courts - conditions permitting. In the event of rain or adverse weather matches may be moved indoors to hard courts. The tournament will, at it's discretion, play matches indoors where they feel the match will not finish before darkness. That decision will be made by the tournament director.

Tournament Hotel

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you agree to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, the USTA Standards of Conduct, as well as the USTA Eastern Section's Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game could prevent section endorsement. Registration and Withdrawals Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Select "Withdraw" under the blue Edit Registration Menu on the lower left of this tournament homepage. Refunds will not be given after the close of registration.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
