The USTA/Midwest Section Suspension Point System is in effect. You
are expected to play the entire event as scheduled. All players
will be given FIVE (5) suspension points for entering two or more

signed up for the tournament including alternates.

due to an injury you might make a trip for a match that is canceled
that we couldn't inform you about until you've arrived in person.
You must indicate all phone numbers (cell a MUST), email addresses
and more for each and every tournament registration....even if you
have played a tournament with us before.
