For this event, UTR will be the main factor in seeding. We reserve
the right to use other factors if the seeding committee deem it
appropriate.

10 FWY at Indian Hill Blvd. you will make a left at the first street SOUTH of

6,Chevron, Starbucks, Denny's) Across the street from NORMS Restaurant. Yahoo
maps and Mapquest don't take you directly to the club, follow these directions after you
exit the FWY.

ELIGIBILITY RULES LEVEL 6 EVENTS
For ages 12-18's players who
are ranked in the top 100 will not be allowed to participate in Open
Level 6
events. These events are meant for players moving up from Level 7 but
not
quite ready for higher level events. (Players can play up in the next
higher division if ranked in the top 100 of their age group) This does
not apply to 10 & under divisions.

Dress Code
The Tournament and all officials of this event
would like to inform the players of our expectations of proper attire while
competing in this tournament. GIRLS: No sports bras or
compression shorts or pants are to be worn alone; midriff must be covered when arms are
at rest, and spandex shorts must be covered by additional shorts or
skirt. BOYS: No cut off t-shirts, or cut off shorts. Sleeveless tennis
shirts may be worn. No reference to drugs, violence, alcohol, or foul language
may be depicted on player attire.

Match Format
All Singles Matches will be best of 3 sets with a Match Tiebreak in lieu
of a 3rd set. All Doubles Matches will be a 8 games Pro set with a
tiebreak played at 7 games all. Thank You!!!

10 & Under Divisions
All 10 & Under matches will be played with the “Green” Ball (or
Green Dot Ball) on a standard sized 78’ court. There is no racquet
restriction with this ball.

Tournament Balls
This tournament will use Pro Penn Marathon Balls.

You are expected to play the entire event as scheduled.

Trophies awarded to semi-finalists(With Round of 16 Draw or
larger). T-Shirts for all participants. Ramada Tennis Club(RTC) 840
S. Indian Hill Blvd. Claremont, CA 91711. Refunds only given to
players who withdraw at least seven days prior to tournament start
date.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, September 24, 2019 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
