TOURNAMENT INFO:
FORMAT: All matches will be played 2 out of 3 sets, NO ADD SCORING, and 10 point tie-breaker for the 3rd set.
COVID 19 Requirements: - One spectator per player allowed at the club. - Masks must be worn inside the club. No masks required for players while playing. - No handshakes at the end of the match. Recommend racquet-tap, thumbs up or end of match positive comment at the net by both players. - We recommend players and spectators to bring their own beach chair. No sitting benches will be available. - Bring extra water. No water fountains will be available at the club.
SOME FINALS MIGHT BE PLAYED ON MONDAY IF NECESSARY.

Notes
NO REFUNDS AFTER THE ENTRIES CLOSE. Inconvenient scheduling
or conflicting personal schedules, injury or sickness after the
draws are published will not be considered for refunds. In the case
of inclement weather, every effort will be made to complete the
tournament in its entirety. Entry fees are non-refundable. If the
tournament is canceled entirely, only partial refunds may be
offered if the tournament has already incurred trophy, balls,
administrative and organizational expenses. If the tournament is
shortened or otherwise modified in any way due to inclement weather
or other unforeseen circumstances, refunds will not be offered.
Refunds that are granted before the draws are published do not
include the online registration service fee.

PLAYER ELIGIBILITY RULES / LEVEL 5 TOURNAMENTS (OPEN) This type of tournament is for players who have experience in regular junior tournament
competition but lacking National junior tournament experience. These rules do not apply to the
10s & 8s divisions. 1. A player ranked in the top 50 (18s-12s only) on the standings list at the entry deadline is
not eligible for Level 5 play in that age division. They may choose to play in a Level 5
tournament in an older age division provided they are not ranked in the top 50 of that
division.
