Notes
UPDATE AS OF 3/23 @ 6:00 PM: The draws have been posted. For
the G16 and G18 divisions, matches times have been posted for the
whole draw (these divisions will be a round robin between the 3
players in each division). For the G10, G12, B10, B12 and B14
divisions, only the Monday match times are posted. Times for the
Tuesday matches will be posted by early-afternoon on Monday. Also,
for the back draw of the B10, B12, B14 and G12 divisions, the back
draw times on Monday are listed but these matches may not need to
be played (due to the results of the front draw matches which occur
on Monday with players receiving a bye in the opening round of the
front draw); if this occurs, then the back draw player will get a
bye and advance to the next round in the back draw (on Tuesday).
See the Tournament Director for further explanation. If you have
any questions, please contact Steve Haas at 630-660-1943, and we
look forward to seeing you at the tournament!
This tournament is scheduled during Naperville's Spring Break, so
there will be some daytime matches.
If you have any questions, feel free to call the Tournament
Director, Steve Haas at 630-660-1943 or you may call the Naperville
Tennis Club at 630-355-5600. Thank you, and we look forward to

Meredith Pollack will act as referee.
Most, if not all, of the draws for the 11+ divisions will start on
Monday the 25th and continue into Tuesday the 26th, if necessary.
If the draws for the 11+ divisions are smaller, then the 10&U
Green Dot divisions will also start on the 25th and continue into
the 26th; however, if the draws for the 11+ divisions are larger,
then the 10&U Green Dot divisions will start on Tuesday the
26th and continue into Wednesday the 27th, if necessary.
Draws may be limited so that the events finish in 2 days.
Players are selected using the most current Midwest Standing List.
FMLC (players are guaranteed a minimum of 2 matches), backdraw may
not be played to completion.
The tournament site is Naperville Tennis Club: 1011 East Benton
Ave. The club is conveniently located by downtown Naperville and
the shopping along Ogden Ave. This is helpful for lunch and dinner
breaks.
Please read through this homepage before signing up for the
tournament as many questions are addressed here.
GET SIGNED UP/WHY WAIT?:
Please do not "wait" for other players to sign up. This is
something that circles back and then few people sign up until the
last minute. If you are free and want to play...sign up. Other
"waiting" people will see names and then sign up too and
Tah-Dah...we have a nice draw with healthy competition for
all!
FIRST MATCH START TIMES:
Once the draws are posted, please click to find your times there.

unless each Tournament Director involved agrees with the multiple

up for the tournament including alternates.

Regular scoring, 2 our of 3 sets with a 10 point tiebreaker in lieu
of a 3rd set.
USTA CONTACT INFORMATION:
Procedure for tournament registration: because of Privacy Laws,
your contact information from USTA membership does not show up in
the Tournament Director's software anymore. Only what you indicate
during the registration process shows up. We have no way of
contacting you if you leave those fields blank when signing up.
This means, for example, if your opponent withdraws at the last
minute due to injury, illness, or a family emergency you might make
a trip to the tournament and not need to if we had a way of
reaching you. You must indicate all phone numbers, home and cell (a
MUST), email addresses and more for each USTA tournament
registration, EACH and EVERY time, for each and every tournament
you enter, even if you have played a tournament with Naperville
before.
QUESTIONS?:
Please call/email Naperville Tennis Club (630)355-5600 or
info@napervilletennis.com. Make sure you reference the name of the
tournament, player's name, and age group as we do have a lot of
tournament overlap.
