Matches will NOT play on Friday. They will start Saturday morning. Our goal is to finish the tournament on Saturday if we can. If not, then we will wait and have the finals on Sunday.

Player Selection Type
Parents and players must sign the Behavior Form and Medical
Release. PLEASE BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE CHECK-IN

Parents and Players please, check in for the tournament at least
30 minutes prior to your first match. This is where you
receive your player swag and turn in your medical release
Players please, check in for each match approximately 15
minutes before scheduled match time. Checking in means that you
are on site and ready to go on court as soon as your match is
called. After your match return to the tournament desk to turn in
your scores and confirm your next match time.
12-18 singles, best of 3 tiebreak sets with a 10-point match
tiebreak in lieu of 3rd set. 12-18 doubles, use an 8 game
pro-set with a 7-point tie break at 8 all.
10 and under singles, best 2 out of 3 short sets to 4 with
set tie breaks at 4 games all and a 7-point match tie break at one
10 and under doubles is a 6-game set with a 7-point tile
break at 6 all. No add scoring but tie breaks must be won by 2

Thirty-minute hitting sessions (pre-or post-match) will be
available throughout the tournament and racquet stringing will be
available on-site contact Ted Measley to arrange.
No Friday matches unless number of entries require it. Be prepared
to play your first match no later than noon on Saturday (players
with first round bye)

All Parents/Guardians are encouraged to watch the Sportsmanship
Guide presentation as a primer on what is expected of spectators
during a junior tennis match. It is a great resource for
parents/family/friends that are new to junior tennis.
***Parent/Player Behavior/Medical Release***
All parents and players must sign the player behavior form and
medical release form when checking in. Forms will be provided at
the tournament desk.
Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, August 20, 2018 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
