This is an entry-level tournament sanctioned by USTA Georgia
as a Level 5 (no Southern points). Registration must be completed online. In
the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the tournament

searchable schedule homepage.
Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with green dot balls.
Boys and Girls registered for 10 and under division will play on a 60’ court with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.
Youth Progression (for
children ages 7-10)
If this is your child’s first time playing a tournament,
please email Eva Marie McCravy (mccravy@ustageorgia.com) or Susan Pierce (pierce@ustageorgia.com)
to activate their USTA number in the Youth Progression program. For more

Player selection
This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
Late Entrants
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
entries.
Late Entry Fee -
all late entries after on-line registration will have a $10 late entry fee.
Draws
Draws will be published by Friday. It is your responsibility
to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match times and any
other updates. Any match times
found on the Internet, outside of the First Match Time Report, are unofficial.
Official match times only may be found on the posted draw sheets at the
tournament sites. Players must check the posted draw sheets to get their match
time and the location.
Format
Feed-In Consolation
through Quarterfinals (FIC). Scoring format:
2 out of 3 sets, with a 10 point “match” tie-break in lieu of a third
set for Boys/Girls 12-18s. The Boys/Girls 10s must use 2 out of 3 short sets
(sets to 4) with a 7-point tie-break for the third for Main Draw and
Consolation.
Withdrawals and
Refund Policy
Before the
deadline, withdraw through TennisLink. After the deadline, email the tournament
director. No refunds after the tournament deadline. Note: the $3 TennisLink fee
is non-refundable.

3 sets with 3rd set match tie-break. Singles scoring format for
BG10s will be 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4 games) with a
7-point tie-break for the 3rd set (both Main and Consolation
draws).
