Tournament Dates
This tournament runs from Friday October 12th-Sunday October 14th. Play will start at 4:30pm on Friday evening. Players, please be advised we try to accommodate special requests, but cannot guarantee it.

PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY
It is the PLAYER'S responsibility to know their next match time and show up in a timely manner. Check website often for updated match times. PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR LATENESS.

LIMITED EVENTS
A player may enter a maximum of 2 events. This may be any combination of gender doubles, but only 1 mixed entry per person.

SELECTION OF PLAYERS
Please register to play. If a division in this tournament does not have sufficient entries, your credit card will not be charged. Also, if your division does not have enough entries, please let the director know if you would like to play another division.

Seeding
The most current North Carolina ranking report is used when seeding for this tournament.
|
COURT SURFACE
All matches will be played on outside clay courts. In the event of bad weather, matches will be moved indoors and played on hard courts.

FORMAT AND SCORING
.Doubles matches are FMLC (First Match Loser Consolation). All main draw matches will play best 2 out of 3 sets, with a 10 point match tiebreaker for the 3rd set. All consolation matches will be an 8-game pro sets.

SELECTION PROCESS
The top players applying from the USTA/NC most current standings list will be selected into the draw. Selections will be posted no later than 3 days after the deadline . The names of players who have been selected will appear as “Competitors.” If you are not selected, you will be on the alternate list. TOURNAMENT WITHDRAWLS
If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on "Edit Registration," then "Withdraw." You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after entries close must be sent BOTH in writing by email (to the Tournament Director's address above) and by phone to the tournament site. Players withdrawing after the tournament deadline/selection will not be refunded the entry fee.

DRAWS
Draws will be posted by Wednesday October 10th at 12pm. All players are required to play at the times posted. If you cannot, contact the tournament director immediately.

PLAYER AMENITIES
All tournament players will receive a t-shirt at registration. A boxed lunch is provided for player's on Saturday and beer tickets are included.

tennis facility is located down the hill on the right of the
hotel.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, October 7, 2018 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
