TOURNAMENT UPDATE: SATURDAY, APRIL 15, 7:50 AM
Please note that on Sunday ALL round of 16 players will play again(on Sunday), either in the quarterfinals of the main draw or in the Curtis consolation draw. The semi finals of doubles will play Sunday morning before singles. IF singles match times allow it, the DOUBLES FINALS will be played Sunday morning after the semi finals of doubles. If we are not able to play the doubles finals Sunday morning they will be moved to later in the day.

There have been a few time changes on the bottom half of the Boy's 16's DOUBLES. Please check those draws. If you have any issues please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
******AUM will be available for practice courts Saturday and Sunday all day. The address is in the site information below.
First match times will be posted Thursday by 5 PM. Draws will be posted by 3 PM Friday. All round of 64 and 32 players that lose will feed into the Consolation Draw.The Consolation draw ends at the Finals. Players that lose round of 16 and quarterfinal matches will feed into a separate Consolation draw called the "Curtis" draw. The "Curtis " draw ends at the finals.
Tournament Update 4/10 at 11:00 AM
At this time we have drawn for random partners. We had an odd number in the B18, B16, and G16 so we will still take players that want a random partner in those age groups. We have removed the players from doubles that did not request a random partner or email in their doubles pairing. PLEASE VERIFY YOUR DOUBLES STATUS ON THE COMPETITORS LIST. IF YOU SEE A PROBLEM, EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY.

Monday morning if you have not emailed in a doubles pairing or asked to be randomly paired, you will be removed from doubles. We will draw for doubles partners from the Random Pairing List Monday morning. ****Remember we can't make the list even, if there is an odd number, you might be with out a partner. *****PLEASE, check the doubles competitor list to verify your doubles standing. Only email me, if there is an issue.
This tournament will have doubles. There will be 32 team, single elimination draws. The scoring format will be 8 game pro sets.
We will allow doubles registration by email to email@example.com after the Selection from Tuesday, April 4 until Saturday, April 8 at 5 PM. If you don't have a partner I will forward requests to them as much as my schedule allows. Also, we will offer a Randomly Drawn Partner List that you have to specifically request by email. Do not ask to be on this list unless you are committed to it. THE DEADLINE FOR THE DOUBLES PROCESS OUTLINED ABOVE IS SATURDAY, APRIL 8 AT 5 PM.******Please understand it is your responsibility to register for doubles correctly AND verify your doubles standing online.

Selection(EXCEPT JUNE SOUTHERN CLOSED EVENTS)USTA Southern will provide selection list. Players Players will be selected directly from the USTA Southern Standing list in the age division in which they apply. Players will no longer be considered for selection based on their lower age division standings. ELIGIBILITY
This event is restricted to the following Jr. players: U.S. Citizens; Permanent Resident Aliens; Diplomats, Refugees/Asylees; CTA. Refer to USTA Regulation III.A.2a.

SCHEDULE OF PLAY
Friday- 2 rounds of doubles STARTING AT 5PM
Saturday- 2 rounds of singles, 1 round of consolation, some doubles
Sunday- 2 rounds of main draw, 2 rounds of consolation , finish doubles
Monday- Semis and Finals of the main draw(and 3rd place match), consolation reaches the semis
******All of the singles divisions will be 64 draws. The scoring in the main draw will be best 2 out of 3 sets. Consolation matches in all age divisions will play 2 tie brake sets with a match tie braker ( 10 point) for the third set. The consolation will play THROUGH MONDAY. There will be a 3rd place playoff in singles and doubles.
******DOUBLES will be a 32 single elimination draw( with a 3rd/4th playoff). The scoring format for doubles is an 8 game pro set with a tie brake at 8 all.
Signing Up For 2 Divisions
Players may enter 2 divisions with these guidelines:
1.Players selected to both age divisions will be automatically selected to the older division and removed from the younger.
2. Players not selected to either division may remain on the alternate list for both and are obligated to play in the first division they are selected for. They are removed from the other division's alternate list.
3.Players selected to one age division will be removed from the alternate list of the other.
4.Once a player is selected to a division NO changes can be made.
SOUTHERN SEEDING CRITERIA
Starting Jan 1, we are using ONLY the STA Standings for seeding purposes. Seeding Criteria: Seedings will be done from the Southern Standings from the selection list that was used for this event.
Withdrawal Prior to Entry Deadline:
Go to the Tournament website, under "EDIT REGISTRATION" on the right side of your screen, then "Withdraw". From there you can withdraw. If you do not know your Confirmation #, then click "Locate Confirmation" just below "Withdraw." We cannot withdraw you, you must do this yourself. You will lose the processing fee if you do not withdraw online before registration closes.
Withdrawal After Entry Deadline:
You must email the tournament Director at firstname.lastname@example.org who will forward your email to the referee. Please do not call to withdraw.
MEDICAL RELEASE FORM
The USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of registration. Please download and bring this completed form with you or FAX it to us at (334) 240-4060. Players are not allowed on court without this signed release. Select More info to download form.

by these facility rules of behavior on and off the court. These rules also apply to
parents, coaches, siblings, and other guest of players.
No use of any “?uck”
word (i.e. “suck”) either spoken or spelled.
No use of
expressions of frustrations with references to deities (i.e. “Oh my God”,
“Jesus”, “Christ”, “God”) either spoken or spelled.
No use of
“freaking” or “frigging” or ”fricking” or variations of such either spoken or
anywhere on the premises. Premises included parking lots, bathrooms
and anywhere outside within 30 feet of a tennis court.
Verbal rules apply to any language. We have officials on site that are fluent in

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
