SCORING FORMAT
A,B,and C divisions will use the scoring format of 2 tiebreak sets. If you split sets a 10 point tiebreak will be used to decide the match.

SITES AND DIRECTIONS
Directions
From North or South
take I-95 to South Carolina Exit #8 (Hwy 278). Take Hwy 278 East for 25 miles
towards Hilton Head Island. After crossing the island bridges, continue on
Business 278 about 4-10 miles for all points of interest below.
Hilton Head Airport is located left off Hwy 278 at Beach City Road
(Mile Marker #4)
Chaplin Park Public Tennis Center is location left off Hwy 278 at
Singleton Beach Road (just before Mile Marker #7) (11 Castnet Drive) Most play
will take place at the Chaplin Park Public Tennis Center. Practice courts
available Monday - Wednesday. Transportation 12:00 PM & 3:00 PM Tuesday
& Wednesday
The Beach House a Holiday Inn Resort is located at 1 South Forest
Beach Drive. Take Hwy 278 to Sea Pines traffic circle (Mile Marker #12). Go ¾
around the traffic circle exiting onto Pope Avenue. This dead ends at The Beach
House (about 1 mile).
Hilton Head Island Motorcoach Resort is located at 133 Arrow Road,
From Hwy 278 turn right on Arrow Road just before the Sea Pines traffic circle.
(Mile Marker 11) Letter Divisions will play here on Thursday - Saturday.
Practice courts available on Tuesday & Wednesday.
Letter divisions will play early rounds at Hilton Head MotorCoach Resort
located at 133 Arrow Road near Mile Marker 11 on William Hilton Parkway. It is
a wonderful facility with ample shade and we will be serving lunch there each
day as well.
The gate should be open all day. Pull through the gate and the courts are
straight ahead behind the clubhouse & pool.
Parking: There is parking right at the tennis courts/pool. If that lot is full,
please proceed around the park and you will see small American Flags posted in
the parking spaces of empty lots. You CAN park in these parking spots with
flags posted.
Van der Meer Tennis Center (extra practice courts available here
for Tuesday and Wednesday) is located on DeAllyon Drive. Take Hwy 278 to Sea
Pines traffic circle to Pope Avenue. From Pope Avenue turn right on Cordillo
Parkway and then left on DeAllyon Drive. Please note, if you are staying
at the The Beach House, you can just go across the street to Tanglewood Drive
which will lead you right to the tennis courts. About ½ mile push.

A,B,C, DRAWS
The Draws for the A,B,and Cs will be posted by 5pm Saturday 9/24. If you are not listed with a doubles partner online please email megphotogirl@aol.com with your partners name. The doubles can not be seeded until everyone is paired up. Thank you for your assistance with this process.

The Open draws will be done at 5pm at Chaplin Park weather permitting. If it rains they will be done in the ballroom at the tournament hotel.
