CHARGES
- For most tournaments, except selection process tournaments (see below), your credit card was charged upon completing your registration. The charge will appear on your credit card statement as "USTA ACTIVE TOURN 877-243-8107". If you have a question about the charge, please email linkteam@usta.com.
- If the tournament is a selection process event you will only be charged if you are selected into the event. An acceptance email will be sent to a player that is selected. If you are not selected your credit card will not be charged and you will be sent a non-acceptance email indicating that you were not selected.
WITHDRAWAL
- If you need to withdraw from the tournament, first check if registration is still open. If registration is still open, click here to get started. Then, click Edit Registration and select Withdraw. You can log in with your USTA Account or enter your USTA Account and confirmation number for the tournament. In the event that registration is closed you need to contact the tournament director directly to withdraw and inquire about a refund. The tournament director's contact information can be found on the tournament home page.
