1PM WEATHER UPDATE
The rain has passed and sun is out. We are desiring to play the 3 DOUBLES FINALS at 2PM today. NO 10U matches will be played today. All other events have new start times for Saturday beginning after the doubles at 3PM. We will restart the 10U matches on Sunday.
G12 DOUBLES, BOYS 14 & 16 DOUBLES FINALS WILL START AT 2PM TODAY. WE WILL POST THE SUNDAY TIMES LATER TONIGHT.
12 NOON SATURDAY WEATHER UPDATE
We are going to take down the draws and redo the times instead of working off a delayed time. The draws will be be offline for approximately 30-45 minutes while we work on them. They should be visible again before 1PM.
1030 AM WEATHER UPATE
We now have a 5 hour delay. Please add 5 hours to your start time. The forecast is calling for clearing and we have many more courts opening later this afternoon. We want to see if the thunderstorms forecast to pass at 11AM materialize and then we will most likely take down the draws and reschedule the matches for this afternoon. No matches will begin before 2pm today. The next update will be at 12 Noon. Please check back for any changes. If we do change the schedule we will take down the draws for a period of time and then repost them.

An administrative error was made in the draw for the Boy's 14's and has been corrected. A few times changed and seeds changed.

The draws and times are revealed at this time. Please remember to check your singles and doubles times. There are a few singles being played on Friday evening.
DRAWS AND SCHEDULES REVEALED BEFORE 2PM THURSDAY
The draws and schedules will be revealed today. Please check both your singles and doubles draws as we are trying to accomplish playing some of the singles we can on Friday night after the doubles. The forecast is for rain on Saturday.

LATE REGISTRATION DOES NOT = EXTENDED DEADLINE
We will be extending the registration into Tuesday. The deadline passed at midnight (tonight) Monday night - but we will accept late registration into the tournament. We will accept them up until 12PM on Tuesday. We can accept the registration into your age group if their registration does not affect the seeding. If the registration affects the seeding then we will automatically move the child up to the next age group where the seeding is not affected. We will not call you to confirm this change. The additional cost for a late registration is $10.00 per player. You will need to call LPTC before 12PM on Tuesday afternoon at 770-919-8602 and pay over the phone by credit card. If there is no answer then please leave a message and we will contact you.
This is an intermediate-level tournament sanctioned by USTA
Georgia as a Level 4 (Southern Level 5 points). Registration must be completed
online. In the future, you can jump straight to this tournament by entering the

Boys and Girls registered for 12 and under division will play on a full court with yellow balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under
that are eligible
for green balls in Youth Progression will play on a full court with
green dot balls.
Boys and Girls 10 and under that are eligible for orange balls or
new to Youth
Progression will play on a 60’ court
with orange balls.
USTA Georgia tournaments do not offer Orange Level 2
divisions. All players that register for Orange 2 will be automatically moved
to Orange 1 before the draws are posted.

This tournament is open for junior players regardless of
ranking. You will receive an automated email if your player is selected and
your credit card is charged.
USTA Georgia will allow late entrants to be accepted into
all USTA GA tournaments in the event that the draw is not full, provided that
such late entrants do not affect the seeding and further provided that late
entrants do not prevent timely entrants to be accepted into the draw under any
circumstances. Accepting late entrants is at the discretion of the Tournament
Committee. Seeds must be posted by 12 noon following close of registration.
Once draws are posted, the tournament is closed and can no longer accept late
Draws will be published by Thursday at 5 pm. It is your
responsibility to check this tournament webpage for the players’ draws, match
times and any other updates.
Limited draw of
16 for singles and 8 for doubles. This tournament offers a full feed-in
consolation to the quarterfinals. There will be a 3/4 playoff for
semifinalists. Awards will be provided for 1st through 6th place finishers.
for BG 10 Under use 2 out of 3 short sets (sets to 4) with a 7-point tie break
for the 3rd for Main Draw and Consolation.
BG 12-18 (Main
Draw) - 2 out of 3 sets regular scoring and the third set is decided by playing
a 7-point tiebreak at 6-all in games. Consolation matches will be played using
a 3rd set match tiebreak.
Any draw with
fewer than 6 players entered will become a round robin event. This is true even
with 2 players. The 2 players will have to play one another two times.
Withdrawals and Refund
Before the entry
deadline, withdraw on-line thru TennisLink. After the deadline, withdraw via
absolutely no refunds after the entry deadline. If there are weather issues and
no matches are played, then your 75% of your entry fee will be refunded in the
form of a credit to another Tennis Dynamics tournament: (Note: $3.50 The USTA
TennisLink service fee will not be refunded) If there are weather issues and
you begin play for a match, we will do our very best to get you back on court.
SPRING TOURNAMENT LEVEL 4 = FRIDAY PLAY
This is a tournament played in early spring outside. We will play in cold temps. The kids need to layer up and be ready to play in very cold temps. If you do not think your child can handle the colder temps this might not be the best tournament for your child to play. We will not play if the courts are wet but we will dry the courts when possible. Additionally this is a Level 4 tournament and we are set to play beginning at 5pm on Friday night. Please be ready for the possibility of play on Friday night.
HITTING LESSONS AND ON-SITE STRINGING
We will have pros available for warm-ups/hitting lessons during the tournament. We will also have on-site stringing during the tournament for the players.
WITHDRAWALS AND CREDITS
If you withdraw from the tournament for whatever reason before there is any cancellation due to inclement weather, then you are not entitled to a credit in the event of a subsequent cancellation of all play. No refunds are issued. Please read the policy below for all of the tournaments held at the LPTC. Cold weather is not a reason for cancellation of the tournament. It will be cold so wear layers and bundle up for the weekend. Additionally, in every tournament we conduct here at the LPTC we do all in our power to play the matches.
There are absolutely no refunds after the entry deadline.
