Player Dinner
The player dinner will be on Friday, May 29th, at 6:30 outside by the clay courts at Carmel Racquet Club. The dinner will be catered by Buca di Beppo. Guests will be $15. There will be lots of prizes given away at the dinner, so please try to attend! THERE IS LIMITED SEATING AT CARMEL SO PLEASE BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIR!

Practice Courts
Practice courts will be available Wednesday at all 3 sites. MATCHES START AT WOODSTOCK ON WEDNESDAY AT 4:00 pm, SO THERE WILL BE NO PRACTICE COURTS AVAILABLE AFTER THAT TIME.

Stringing
Racquet stringing will be available at Carmel Racquet Club and Reardon Tennis Company located at 5560 Illinois St. Indianapolis, IN. 46208

Consolation
If you do not plan to play in the consolation, please let the site director know as a courtesy to the players who do plan to play. Thank you.

Check In
Check in at the site you're playing. No need to check in at Carmel. PLEASE CHECK IN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR MATCH.

Seeds
The seeds for this tournament will be submitted by the USTA Adult/Senior National seeding assistants and will be posted 3 days before the draws. If you have any comments, please call or email the tournament director.

Format
Best two out of three sets, traditional scoring with a Coman tiebreak in any set that reaches 6-6. First match loser consolation and playoff for third place in singles. Single elimination in doubles.

Rain
If it rains, the tournament will be moved indoors (hardcourts) to stay on schedule.

This is a USTA Category II Tournament. First round match times
may begin as early as 9:00 am on Wednesday, May 27th, in some
singles divisions. Doubles and singles draws will be made at the
same time. Interested players should enter with or without a
partner. We will put unpaired players in contact with each other
before the draw and give refunds to those who don't find a
partner.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Sunday, May 17, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
