Player Check-in 15 Minutes before Match Time
All Players should report to the Tournament Desk 15 minutes before scheduled match time, ready to play. Lateness penalties will be enforced. Original published times may be changed due to withdrawals. All players must be prepared to play at any time during the tournament unless a scheduling request was submitted prior to the entry deadline.

Match Format & Scheduling
Championships for all categories will be played on Sunday. Traditional tiebreak procedure will be followed - the Coman Tiebreak procedure WILL NOT be used.
Players are responsible for obtaining their match times at this USTA web site. Depending on the number of entries, some events may be in round-robin format. Please check your schedule for all rounds.

Complimentary Bianco Party Invitation for Friday Night Participants
Decathlon Club cordially invites all tournament participants to join us in the Vista Room from 8:00-11:30 pm after Friday's matches for an evening complete with Light Hors d’ oeuvres, Drink
Specials and Live DJ Entertainment. All tournament participants will receive a
drink ticket that can be used for beer or wine, or a soda. A cash bar will be
available for your convenience (NO HOST BAR). This is a complimentary event for
USTA and Decathlon Members.
We asked that all participating players wear white attire when attending. So pack
that extra change of clothes and join the festivities! Tennis gear is welcomed.

Complimentary Saturday Afternoon BBQ for All Players
All tournament participants will receive a complimentary lunch on Saturday at our poolside BBQ from 12:00-3:00 pm.

Players may play only play two events if they are within the
same division (Men's 3.5 doubles & Mixed 3.5's, for example).
Please be prepared to play on all three days if necessary. Friday
matches will start no earlier than 6:00 pm on July 29.

Make a U-turn at the first stop light, which is Corvin Avenue. Decathlon Club is the first driveway on your right.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 23, 2011 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
