If you have an ALTA conflict Saturday morning, you need to e-mail Ryan Scroggin at carrolltontennis@charter.net so he can try to work around the conflict. This must be done before the draws are posted. Please note that Friday night will most likely be used.

Match Format
All matches will be best two out of three sets regular scoring with a tiebreaker played in lieu of a third set.

Rain/Weather Policy
In the event of inclement weather and you do not play any matches in this tournament, each player is entitled to a $20 refund ($40 per doubles team). Please understand that tournaments have fixed costs which include: trophies, t-shirts, balls, USTA Referees, and many other costs that we must cover. The tennislink portion of your entry fee is non-refundable in accordance with USTA policy. If you do complete a match there is no refund. Thank you for your understanding.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Tuesday, June 8, 2010 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
