WHAT TO DO IN EVENT OF INCLEMENT WEATHER
Should the Austin Super Champ Major Zone experience inclement weather, please call the Capital Area Tennis Association office by dialing (512) 443-1342 for ongoing weather and tournament updates. If you have Internet Access, it is preferred that you check the tournament homepage for ongoing updates for possible delays of match play.

ONCE PUBLISHED, RE-CHECK DRAWS OFTEN
Players: Please re-check your singles and doubles draws often. Tournaments receive numerous withdrawals up to tournament start and draws are updated frequently as a result.

MOST SITES DO NOT HAVE WATER ON COURT
Players and Parents: Be sure to bring everything you will need to play a full 3-set match...water, snacks etc. Water is not provided on court at most of the tournament sites.

ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is for qualified Texas Super
Championship resident junior players and approved out-of-section
players ONLY. Out-of-Section
applications must be submitted to the Section office 2 weeks
prior to the entry deadline. Approved out-of-section players must
register for the tournament before entry deadline.
For doubles events, players MUST sign up with
doubles partner's USTA ID number before entry deadline. Players
must register for singles and doubles in the same age division.
Teams that are not paired up or are in different age divisions will
not be placed on the draw. Only one doubles partner needs to be of
Super Championship qualified status. 20% of doubles points earned
will be added to singles standings.
Players may only compete in one ZAT/CMZ/SCMZ per month.
REGISTRATION: Players must register at first match
playing site 30 minutes prior to start of match.

BG18 Entering the Spring National Championship Only! Players who have entered both the BG18 Spring National Championship and the March SCMZ will receive no penalty points for withdrawing.

BG18 Entering the Spring National Championship Only! In order to receive no penalty points for withdrawing players must email jrrankings@texas.usta.com with their National Championships registration confirmation number, name and age division entered.

PARENTS: Hotel arrangements should be made as early as possible for this tournament. South x Southwest is in town beginning this same weekend and room availability will be tight.
