Future Match Info Report

TOURNAMENT STATUS

Due to rain Tuesday some of the matches have been delayed to later today or Wednesday or Thursday. Only one chmapionship outcome is pending and that is the Men's 45 Doubles. As soon as I get the results I will post them.

Doubles Consolation

Just a reminder that we are playing a first match losers consolation in doubles so everybody can have at least two doubles matches.

3-4 playoff

Remember that there will be a 3-4 playoff in all draws.

Monday Times

Times for Monday's matches have been postet. If both players/teams agree, the matches may be played on Sunday or earlier on Monday. If you will not be able to play a match, please, please let me know so I can notify your opponent so they won't have to make an unnecessary trip.

Sunday Times

Sunday times have been posted. The times are TENTATIVE if you have to win or lose to play the match.

Draws Posted

All Singles draws and some doubled draws have been posted. The Men's 45 and 55 doubles draw will be posted Friday. Some will have Saturday matches. Please report at least 15 minutes prior to you match time. Good luck to all.

Seedings

The seeding for the singles has been posted. Any information available was used though very little information was available. If you have any additional information available that might affect the seedings please email me at macmacdougal@bellsouth.net by 5 pm today, Thursday for consideration. If the seeds are not posted in your event that means that a round robin will be played.

Doubles Sign up

Doubles sign up must be complete by Thursday at 10:00 pm. Some first round doubles matches will be played on Saturday so the sign up for the event must be complete by Thursday at 10:00 pm to allow us to publish the match times for Saturday on Friday.

Draw Changes

I inadvertently scheduled the second round of 65 singles on Saturday. The second round of main draw singles and first round of consolations for the 65 men will be played on Sunday. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Tuesday's Times are posted

The times for Tuesday's matches have been posted. Remember that the times are tentative. If times are changed from the original time they have to be agreed to by both parties.

Player Selection Type

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, August 12, 2009 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
