draws / times:
will be available here on thursday morning the 14th at 9:00 am.

|
play:
will begin on friday at 5 pm. conflicts wil only be accepted for first round matches. if you have a conflict, please email it to ben cook at ben.cook@ourclub.com. if you are playing in two events, there should be no conflicts or special requests for playing times. matches will start at 9 am on saturday and sunday.

|
surfaces:
main draw matches in the age divisions and ntrp divisions will be on clay courts. consolation matches in both divisions will be on both clay and hard courts. in case of bad weather, all surfaces could be used as well as play at other facilities.

|
format:
all matches will be be best of three sets with a 10 point matchbreaker being played for the third set. draws with less than four nor less entrants will be played as a round robin. draws with five or more entrants wil be played as a straight draw with a first match losers consolation. we wil try to get everyone at least two matches per division.

|
balls:
wilson us open balls will be used.
|
|
extras:
each player wil receive a tournament gift for playing. there will be appetizers for players on friday night and lunch provided on saturday afternoon. a "constant keg" will be set up friday evening and throughout the day on saturday. winners and finalists in each division will receive awards.

|

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, February 11, 2008 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
