Notes
Thanks to everyone who played our tournament. We certainly were
blessed with awsome weather for our tournament weekend! Please come
back next year and bring one or two or more additional players with
you. We will most likely expand the number of divisions to include
several NTRP level events in singles and doubles. We hope to keep
our generous sponsors and to add some additional ones also. The
prize money pool will most likely be increased also. We need to
increase inter-district competition by attracting more players from
Central Indiana especially Vincennes, Jasper, Evansville, Terre
Houte, Indianapolilis, and my old college town of Bloomington - go
IU! Louisville and Paducah tennis players should consider an easy
trip to Olney next year - we know how to have fun and relax here in
Olney, THE HOME OF THE WHITE SQUIRRELS! As Bob Barker always said
"COME ON DOWN!" or "UP" if that is appropriate for your location.
Whatever! We simply want to grow this tournament into a great
weekend for all who chose to participate and we appreciate all of
you who did so in 2007...dds
