All players must submit the NC Tennis Medical Release Form at initial check-in.

All matches will play two out of three sets with a match tiebreaker ( 10 pt.) in lieu of the third set (MAIN DRAW AND CONSOLATION) There will be a first match losers consolation. Each player is guaranteed to play two matches. PLEASE NOTE IF THERE IS A MATCH SCHEDULED AND A PLAYER DEFAULTS, THAT COUNTS AS A MATCH SCHEDULED. A BYE DOES NOT COUNT AS A MATCH PLAYED, BUT A DEFAULT DOES!!!! DEPENDING ON DRAW SIZE, PLAYERS CAN EXPECT TO PLAY THREE MATCHES IN ONE DAY. USTA Rules and the Code will govern play. Draw size will be limited to the first 32 players in each event.

Additional Site at Whipporwhill Park and Croasdaile Farms will be used . Check-in for all matches will be @ Croasdaile Country Club. Please arrive 30 minutes prior to first round match. PLAYER'S RESPONSIBILITY It is the player's responsibility to know their next match time and show up in a timely manner. Check the website often for updated match times. PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN FOR EACH MATCH 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO ITS SCHEDULED START TIME. ALL USTA RULES WILL BE ENFORCED FOR LATENESS. This tournament has a lot of matches to be played, and there will be no exceptions for lateness. Estimated start times for Friday matches will be at 11:00am. If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do so online. Click on edit registration, then withdraw. You will need your original confirmation number. All withdrawals after entries close must both be sent in writing

Seedings will be based on the current rankings as of the July 15th sent out by NC Tennis.
