USTA requires a medical release SIGNED BY THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN for every player. This form must be presented at the time of tournament registration. Please download and bring this form completed and signed with you or fax to us (423) 349-6721 to speed up the registration process. Players are not allowed on court without this signed release.

Events include Singles and Doubles for 8's, 10's, 12's, 14's, 16's and 18's. A Full Feed-In Consolation will be held in all divisions. Players may enter only one singles and one doubles event.

All players must enter through the TennisLink On-Line Registration. On-line registration will be available beginning May 1 and the deadline for entering the tournament is Sunday, July 2nd.

Draws for the first round singles matches will be posted no later than 4:00PM - Wednesday, July 5th.

USTA rules will apply and the code will be followed. The 15 minute default rule will be in effect. Warm-up period will be 5 minutes. Matches will consist of best of 3 sets. Tie-breakers will be played at 6 all.

If you need to withdraw before entries close, you must do it online. Click on edit registration, the click on WITHDRAWS. You will get a confirmation number - KEEP THIS NUMBER! Without the confirmation number you will not have proof that you withdrew. All Withdrawals after entries close must be in writing by email to uncmargie@yahoo.com (attention) Margie Katras. Please be aware that if a player withdraws for any reason other than illness, injury, or a family emergency: suspension points will be given to that player. We will be checking if players withdraw to see if those players are playing in other tournaments that same week. Players withdrawing within 7 days of the tournament start date will not be refunded their entry fee. No refunds will be issued for withdrawals after 11:59PM EST on Friday, June 30, 2006.

All players must register for the tournament prior to playing their first match. Pre-Registration will take place the evening of Thursday, July 6th at the Carnegie Hotel from 7:00 - 9:00PM. After this initial registration, players should check-in at least 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match at the assigned site.

Play will be conducted on (14) hard courts at the Liberty Bell Tennis Complex and at the (9) hard courts at East Tennessee State University Tennis Center. In the event of inclement weather, matches may be played indoors at ETSU. Book your room early. Rooms are going fast. Rates at our host hotel - The Carnegie Hotel- this year are $89 per room. When calling in your reservations; please inform the reservation desk that you are playing in the "Little Caesars Tennis Tournament" to obtain your discounted room rates. The Carnegie Hotel located in Johnson City, TN is once again our host hotel and Players Welcome Party/Check-In/Press Conference will be held on Thursday evening, July 6th at 7:00-9:00PM at the hotel. Doubles participants may register on-line beginning May 1 or in person the evening of Thursday, July 6th at the Players Welcome Party/Check-In/Press Conference at the Carnegie Hotel from 7:00 - 9:00PM. ALL DOUBLES ENTRIES MUST BE SUBMITTED PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF THIS EVENT. Doubles play will begin on Saturday, July 8th. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR DOUBLES IF YOU DO NOT INTEND TO STAY FOR THE ENTIRE TOURNAMENT.

Boys- No tank tops allowed, Girls - No bare midriffs allowed.

Directions: Take I-81 to I-26 East to Exit 35 (Roan Street). Take a right off the ramp onto Roan Street and stay on Roan and take a right at Science Hill High School. Liberty Bell courts are located behind the school.
