INFO FOR NON-USTA MEMBERS
Even if you are not a USTA Member, you can register for this event by registering on this site to create a USTA account.
To create a USTA account:
1. Go to: http://tennislink.usta.com/Dashboard/Main/Home.aspx & click
LOGIN
2. Select Create Account under Do you play in a USTA program (Team
Tennis, USTA Flex Leagues, Tournaments) without a USTA Membership?
3. Select radio button I am new to TennisLink and want to create a new
account
4. Select Next
5. Fill in Personal Information section and select Next (two pages)
After filling out your information, you will be automatically logged into
your USTA profile. Your USTA Account # will be on the top right of the page
beside your name.

Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Monday, April 4, 2016 11:59:00 PM Central Time.
