Please read your start times carefully as I have done my best to accomidate all who asked for scheduling help. I can not make any changes at this point. We will post the B&G 18's doubles times for the semis and finals on Sat when we know who is left. These matches will be played Sun early afternoon.

Start times and draws have been posted for the B&G 18's singles and doubles. We have a very large entry for the boys. I have done my best to accomidate any requests received prior to entrys closing. Please do not call to ask for your time to be moved as we can not make any additional changes. All draws and start times for the 10's, 12's, 14's and 16's who will be starting on 12/26 will be posted no later than Tues 12/18. Happy Holidays!

If you missed the entry deadline, plesae email me your childs name and usta number and the age group you would like them to play. I will take late entrys until Sat noon. After that you will be placed on a waiting list. All late entrys will have to bring CASH or CHECK to the first match. Sorry we do not take credit cards after entrys close. If you are looking for practice courts please call the club directly at (973) 543-4900 If no court is avalible for the time you are looking for, Fox Chase Tennis club is located 7 mins west on the same street as Mendham. They will offer practice courts as well. The number there is 908-879-5231.

We will also be offering Boys and Girls 16's doubles the week of 12/26 in addition to the B and G 14's and 18's doubles. Please enter with a partner.

If you need special accomidations, please email me prior to the entrys closing. I will do my best to help out.

We will be playing the Boys and Girls 18's (including 18's doubles) the first weekend begining Friday afternoon 12/21 after 4 pm and also on Sat and Sun 12/22 and finishing on 12/23. All other age groups (10's 12's 14's and 16's) will be played the week of 12/26.

Check the draw before leaving for the tournament. There may be last minute changes.

Concurrent Tournaments are not allowed! Be very careful when registering! No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Some very limited exceptions apply Please see our website for details.

Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Contact Information supplied during online registration (an email and 2 phone numbers) is vital. This is how the tournament director can contact you if necessary.

All 10 and Under Green ball matches in the tournament will be played using a 78’ court and a green tennis ball. The matches will be No-ad; 2 out 3 short sets; at 3-all play a 7 point tiebreak - (in lieu or 3rd set -10 point tiebreak)
