IMPORTANT TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Only 2 events will be playing Round Robins this Saturday at Austin Tennis Center (XYZ on draws). Those 2 events are Boys 14s and Girls 10s. Draws will be published tonight, but start times will be 8:30 a.m. for all players at XYZ site. All other event entrants will automatically advance to NEWKS. Beginning Monday, Aug. 27th we will be seeking other players who may be interested in attending NEWKS on Sept. 14-16 to complete the Austin team participants. For those advancing automatically from this tourney....Trish Johnson of my staff will contact you regarding entry details, payment of the entry fee etc beginning next week.

Notes
This tournament is by invitation only. However, you must
register to receive an invitation. No entry fee will be charged
unless your player is selected to participate. For this reason, the
top 12 in each age division should consider registering for this
event prior to the deadline. ONLY THOSE PLAYERS THAT RECEIVE A
WRITTEN OFFICIAL INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE MAY PLAY.
Players will be divided into 2 flights of 4 players each. Top
winner of each age division's round robin flight will advance to
NEWKS. 3rd and 4th place players serve as possible alternates to
NEWKS.
ParentsMUST pay the $150 NEWKS entry fee on site. Method of
payment: Payment made only by CASH OR CHECK. CHECKS MADE PAYABLE TO
CATA.
