EVENTS OFFERED: Men and Women doubles 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and Open and Mixed Doubles Combo 6.5, 7.0, 8.0 and Open.

ENTRY FEE: Entry fee for this event is $35.00 for first event and $15.00 for second event per person plus a non-refundable $3.13 for first event and $3.00 for second event Tennis Link online registration fee.

NO REFUNDS for withdraws after deadline or for weather cancellation.

EVENT LIMIT: 2 events per person one doubles and one mixed doubles.

DEADLINE: Tuesday June 26, 2012 by 11:59 pm

SCHEDULE OF PLAY: Play may begin on Friday June 29, 2012.

CHECK IN: 30 minutes prior to first match at playing site.
