Check In at the tournament desk least 15 MINUTES ahead of your scheduled match time.

Lateness for a match: a) 0-5 minutes = 1 game + loss of toss b) 5-10 minutes = 2 games + loss of toss c) 10-15 minutes = 3 games + loss of toss d) in excess of 15 minutes = default. The tournament may hold the default up to 45 minutes for extenuating circumstances. The lateness clock starts when a court is available.

Refunds will only be given before registration closes, even in the case of illness or injury.

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

No player may register for more than one Eastern sanctioned tennis tournament where the scheduled dates overlap unless the officially announced tournament starting dates are at least three days apart. Players in violation of this rule will be defaulted from all of the tournaments entered, will be subject to two (2) default suspension points, and will not get a refund of player entry fees.
