Notes

Divisions with less than 3 entries will be combined. Match Format will be: 2 out of 3 sets with a 10 point match tiebreak in lieu of the 3rd set. Boy's and Girl's 10's Divisions will be played on 78' (full size) courts with Green Dot Low Compression Balls. Matches will be played at Uintah High School - 1880 West 500 North, Vernal, UT 84078 Directions if coming from Salt Lake: Take 1-80 East towards Cheyene, WY, Take the Hwy 40 exit toward Heber/Vernal, Stay on Hwy 40 all the way into Vernal approx. 2 1/2 hours, take a left onto 1750 West (it will turn into Aggie Blvd), Drive through the roundabout until you come to 500 North, Cross 500 North and you will arrive at the tennis courts.

Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, June 13, 2012 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
