This site is to provide online application for entry to zonals for Boys and Girls 12s Southern players. For more specific site information such as hotels, please go to the tournament website at ID# 704223212.

Our players will be participating at the USTA National 12 Zonals at Knoxville, TN
Arrival on Tuesday, July 24th, one day before competition begins, for registration, coaches meetings, team meetings, player/parent seminars.
Each team has 12 players- 6 boys & 6 girls. B & G Singles,2 Boys' Doubles, 2 Girls' Doubles, 2 Mixed Doubles
Southern provides a coach for each of their 6 teams.
Teams will not be published until July 23rd. A current standings list will be used to do the waterfall.
Alternate order will NOT change from the initial endorsement list of June 26th.
Endorsement/Eligibility - Any player who has played in the Southern Closed 12's and whose Southern standing is within the endorsed group. The top 36 Boys and the top 36 Girls who apply will gain entry. The Zonals' endorsement list will be posted June 26th. The selections will be posted June 27th.The selections will be posted on this tournament application site. Results of all matches through June 25th ( the end of the Southern Closed) will be used.

Entry Fee
The entry feefor Zonals covers the entry to the tournament (five singles and doubles matches), clothing, coaching, and amenities.

Alternate Instructions
If you are on the alternates list, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to make sure that the USTA Southern office has all telephone numbers and your email address(es) where you can be reached so that they can make contact if an opening occurs. NOTE: If you are accepted as an alternate into the tournament, you must send your entry fee of $253.13 immediately to: USTA-Southern, Attn: Sandy Hastings, 5685 Spalding Dr., Norcross, GA 30092-8200. The check should be payable to USTA-Southern. YOU WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED INTO THE TOURNAMENT WITHOUT PAYMENT!!!

Player Withdrawal
If you need to withdraw for any reason, you must contact Sandy Hastings ASAP, by email: hastings@sta.usta.com. If email is not possible, call 770-368-8200. NO REFUND of entry fee will be issued for withdrawal after 11:59pm EDT on July 19th.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, June 25, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
