MATCH SCORING FORMAT
The scoring format will be as follows:
All Main Draw USTA Letter Division Singles will be best 2 out of 3 Tiebreak Sets.
All Consolation Draw USTA Letter Division Singles will use the Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd Set.
All USTA Letter Division Doubles draws will use the Match Tiebreak in lieu of a 3rd Set.
Match Scoring Format is subject to change if weather or other factors dictate.

ATTENTION PLAYERS
We are kicking off our 32nd Annual Tournament with a HUGE
BANG!!
Everything is NEW. The Date, The Venue, and The Hotel. Everything
is within 10 minutes of each other, including the DFW Airport! It's
hard to believe things could get better, but they have! WE HAVE IT
ALL: Great Tennis, Great Facilities, Great Food, and Great
Volunteers! Just ask anyone who's been here the last couple
years.
NEW DATE: May 2 - 6. Our event has moved to earlier in the month
due to scheduling changes with other ITF/USTA event dates. We are
still in the late Spring in Texas, which means an Average High
Temperature of 82� F and Mild Humidity.
BRAND NEW SUPERP VENUE: WAGON WHEEL TENNIS CENTER -
www.ci.coppell.tx.us/tennis-center - A state of the art
facility that is very new and SPACIOUS. The facility has 12 lighted
hard courts with excellent accessibility and spectacular shade
while viewing or relaxing in this great setting.
NEW HOTEL in a GREAT LOCATION: HILTON GARDEN INN - LEWISVILLE
CONVENTION CENTER The hotel has an onsite restaurant and
lounge. It is ideally located near the mall and a host of
restaurants.
AN ITF3 EVENT: $10,000 Prize Money for Open Divisions and
Improved Ranking Points! DRAW SIZES HAVE BEEN INCREASED TO 16. We
Strongly Recruit Women & Quad Open Players.
IMPORTANT --- ENTRY TYPES --- Primary Entry Type is an
ALL-INCLUSIVE Fee.
ALL INCLUSIVE ENTRY - $375.00 ITF/OPEN or $325.00
USTA/LETTERED Entry Fee will include four nights hotel (double
occupancy), entry fee for one Singles, one Doubles, and one Seniors
or Juniors Division if eligible, All Meals, Banquet Ticket,
Tournament Shirt, Player Packet, Transportation between airport,
hotel, and courts.
NOTE: You must contact the tournament director via e-mail if
you have a roommate preference, otherwise one will be
assigned.
TOURNAMENT ONLY ENTRY - $150.00 Entry Fee will be available
for players not requiring a hotel. Includes entry fee for one
Singles, one Doubles, and one Seniors or Juniors Division if
eligible, All Meals (excluding breakfast), Banquet Ticket,
Tournament Shirt, Player Packet.
COACH/SPOUSE/GUEST FEE
ALL INCLUSIVE GUEST FEE - $325.00 fee will include four
nights hotel (double occupancy), All Meals, Banquet Ticket,
T-Shirt, and Transportation between airport, hotel, and courts.

Recovery Rule - Effective Immediately
USTA has mandated that all full two out of three set singles matches shall offer a minimum rest period of two hours. A minimum rest period of two hours is not required for matches using shortened formats, matches using 10-point match tiebreaks in lieu of third set, and all 10 & Under tennis formats.
Super Champ Major Zone "B" Draws (Main & Consolation Draw) will use a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set.
Champ Major Zones (Main Draw) will use a 10-point match tiebreak in lieu of a third set through the quarterfinal round. Semifinals and finals will play a full two out of three set match.
Junior Other Tournaments: Depending on draw size the Tournament Director and / or Referee will determine the appropriate match format.
