Match Format
All matches will be the best of 3 full sets with regular scoring. No first round loser consolation will be provided since it is not a long weekend. Losing Quarter finalists will playoff for 5th. We will also offer a 3/4 playoff

Seeding
Seeding for this tournament has been based on both the National rankings system and results over the past four months. Please note: The sole purpose of seeding is to separate players of merit from meeting in the early rounds.

Draws
Each weekend has the capacity of 128 players or (4) 32 draws. Some draws may be bigger if some events are smaller

Age Category
Each player will be required to play his or her correct age category for this event. Players also have the option to play both weekends and play up one age category. The top 5 player will be allowed to play two events. Others may also be allowed depending on capacity.

New Time Slot
Hollyburn has reach an agreement with TennisBC for this new timeslot in February. This is the third year of the Hollyburn Winter Classic and we are hoping to ceate another outstanding event similair to the Hollyburn Junior Classic which has been running for the last 20 years.

No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to USTA Members, USTA Members who have an expired membership and Non-USTA Members. Entries must be submitted by Friday, February 10, 2012 11:59:00 PM Pacific Time.
