I'm running a tournament next weekend so will get back to you on feedback from this tournament. My understanding is that everything went great. Thanks BRSC for letting me run the tournament. All of the dates and times are posted on the draw. I'm willing to negotiate to changing semi -final and consolation final matches if it's to the benefit of the players involved. I know I told players we would end on Saturday and as it turns out the events are finishing up early. I would love advise for next year on if it makes sense to move start date day rather than end of event day. I haven't looked at the seeding in the mixed and looking for two teams to fill draw of eight. Will form a seeding committee Monday afternoon from players on how the seeding should be for the mixed. A great opportunity ladies to support Robert. Then I'll make draw.

Please check your day and time. First round singles starts on Sunday. Second round Singles and first round doubles starts on Monday. Mixed starts Tuesday. Deadline for mixed is Monday afternoon. I need two full teams. Will then make the draw Tuesday evening. Player party Tuesday evening.

I've decided to keep the mixed doubles open for sign ups until Monday afternoon, Aug. 20th. You'll have an opportunity to find a partner and I'll make the draw that night. Mixed matches start Tuesday.

I should be able to run a full feed in consolation rather than the Modified Feed In format with the courts I have available and the smaller men's singles draw. Plan on it.

Men's and Women's singles starts Sunday. Men's and Women's doubles starts Monday. Mixed doubles starts Tuesday. We should be finished by Friday.

A Player Welcome Party will be held Tuesday evening with time TBA. Location will be the clubhouse patio.

I'm really thinking this should be set so unless you have a real strong case no changes will be made. Please let me know in the next couple of days so I can work on putting the draws together.

I will allow today for any additional responses but would like to move on with the process of creating draws and be done with seeding.
