Notes
Seeding for each age group will be based on the most
recent Midwest Standings List. However, the CITA Executive
Director, Tournament Director, and Jr. Tennis Committee reserve the
right to make an adjustment if a player with a high national
ranking is not appropriately seeded.

-Doubles Events are BG(18-12) and free w/singles.
-If you have a partner you want to play with, you will need your
partner's USTA number as well. If you do not have partner and would
like to be assigned one, leave the partner portion blank.
-This is a level 1 Central Indiana and a level 4 Midwest
tournament.
LATE ENTRIES
-Late entries will be accepted until SATURDAY, JUNE 2 at 12:00
NOON.
-(If registering on Saturday the 2nd, please bring USTA # and check
to the Barbara Wynne Tennis House at North Central High School no
later than 12:00pm) LATE ENTRIES MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY $95.00
(CHECK OR CREDIT CARD) OR THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Player Selection TypeNo Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry TypeEntry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Monday, May 28, 2012 11:59:00 PM Eastern Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
