START TIMES:
Start times will be posted by 8:00 A.M., Wednesday, May 30. Please look under 'Future Match Info Report'. Please be careful when looking for start times for the Boy's 10 division. Some players start on Friday (6/1) and some players start on Saturday (6/2). Girl's 10 will begin on Saturday. Every player in Girl's 12, Girl's 14, Girl's 16, and Girl's 18 will have one or two matches on Friday.
Please double check which of the four sites you will be playing at!

The USTA Legal Department has determined that they cannont provide contact information to tournament directors unless the customer provides the contact information during the registration process. Previously the home number adn email address were pre-filled from the USTA membership database when a player went through the online registration process. The pre-fill was removed due to privacy concerns. If you don't provide an email address and/or telephone number when you register for this tournament then we will be unable to notify you about any possible changes in the tournament.

USTA/MIDWEST SECTION SUSPENSION POINT SYSTEM
Signing up for two events: The USTA Code of Conduct and Suspension Point System is in effect. You are expected to play the entire event as scheduled. The USTA/Midwest Section Junior Competition Committee has adopted a new Suspension Point System. All players will be given five (5) suspension points for entering two or more tournaments that take place at the same time, in whole or in part, unless each Tournament Committee involved agrees with the multiple entries in writing via e-mail. This applies to all players signed up for the tournament including alternates.

CONFLICTS:
Send any time conflicts (PLAYERS HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION, HIGH SCHOOL TEAM STATE, OR SATURDAY MORNING ACT/SAT TESTING) to CALVILLOJ@AOL.COM. We will acknowledge these conflicts via return email. Players who have a time conflict may still have to play a match or two on the day of their conflict to complete the tournament within the scheduled time frame.

NOTES:
Players may only play in the one event in which they hope to qualify for Midwest Section play. Any Boy's 10's may play in both the 10's and 12's since they are held on separate weekends.
Any entry received after the deadline will be put on a wait list.
There will be no refunds after the entry deadline.
Sportsmanship awards will given in all divisions.

SEEDING:
Seeding will be based on the most current USTA/MIDWEST Section Standing List at the time of the tournament entry deadline (5/22/12).

ORDER OF PLAY:
Play begins Friday, June 1 for 16's and 18's. Any other division with more than 16 players will have one or two matches on Friday night. Those with 16 players or less would start on Saturday, June 2.

SCORING:
Main draw feeds into the back draw through the quarterfinals. All matches will be 2 out of 3 sets, regualr (add) scoring, with a 10-point tiebreaker played for the third set.

REFUNDS:
No refunds after the tournament deadline.

Players are selected manually by the tournament director after the close of registration.
Entry to this tournament is open to specified residents only. Entries must be submitted by Friday, May 25, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
