RESCHEDULING POLICY
There will be NO RESCHEDULING of any sanctioned matches except in extreme circumstances beyond the control of the player and then only with prior approval of the Tournament Director. Players rescheduling without permission from the Tournament Director will be Defaulted! All costs of rescheduling are the responsibility of the initiator. FINALS MAY NOT BE RESCHEDULED!!!

FORMAT FOR BOY'S AND GIRL'S 10 OPEN SINGLES DIVISIONS
Boy'sand Girl's 10 Open Divisions will be played on 78 foot court (full size court) with green dot low compression balls.

8 & Under Quick Start Division
The 8 & Under Quick Start Division will be played on 36 foot courts with foam and/or red low compression balls. Play for this Division will be held on Saturday, August 11th from 1:30 to 3:00 PM at Liberty Park. Round Robin format.

SINGLES MATCHES ARE FIRST MATCH LOSERS CONSOLATION
The player only advances to the consolation round if he or she loses the first match that they play. If they win their first match and lose their 2nd match, they do not go into the consolation round. If they have a bye for their 1st round, but lose the 1st match that they actually play, they do advance to the consolation round. DOUBLES MATCHES ARE SINGLE ELIMINATION. PLEASE CHECK THE DRAWS CAREFULLY AND OFTEN!

MATCH LOCATIONS
Matches will be played at 2 locations. LP = Liberty Park, entrance located at 900 South 650 East, Salt Lake City. SM = Sports Mall, 5445 South 900 East, Salt Lake City.

There will be no late entries accepted for this tournament.
Boy's and Girl's 10's Divisions will be played on full size 78'
courts with green dot balls.
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Saturday, July 28, 2012 11:59:00 PM Mountain Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
