Draw Size:
Depending on the size of the draw, a 10 point super tie-breaker
may be used instead of a regular 3rd set in case of 1 set all so
that those who advance can play 3 matches a day if needed.

Junior Ranking Points: A player's best 6 singles results, and 15% of the best 6 doubles results over a rolling 12 month period are counted towards a player's standing. Information on Rankings and Standings can be found here.

Check In at the tournament desk least 15 MINUTES ahead of your scheduled match time.

Lateness for a match: a) 0-5 minutes = 1 game + loss of toss b) 5-10 minutes = 2 games + loss of toss c) 10-15 minutes = 3 games + loss of toss d) in excess of 15 minutes = default. The tournament may hold the default up to 45 minutes for extenuating circumstances. The lateness clock starts when a court is available.

Refunds will only be given before registration closes, even in the case of illness or injury.

Withdrawals can be done online before registration closes. Go to the tournament home page and click on "Edit Registration" in the blue bar on the lower left.

Code Of Conduct: By registering for this tournament you have agreed to abide by the Rules & Regulations set forth in the USTA Friend at Court, Standards of Conduct and USTA Eastern Section Rules & Regulations. The rules apply to parents & spectators as well; the player is responsible for their entourage. Poor behavior by the spectators may result in point penalties for the players. Poor personal behavior, bad sportsmanship or any acts detrimental to the game will be factors which could prevent endorsement selection. Player Sportsmanship Nominations: At the conclusion of each tournament our tournament directors are directed to advise the Eastern Section of their sportsmanship nominations for that event. All nominations are reviewed by a sportsmanship task force of coaches, tournament directors, and volunteers in order to select a Year End Sportsmanship Award Winner in each age group who will be invited to USTA Eastern's Annual Awards Luncheon. This recognition is one of the most prestigious in the Eastern Section.
