To view your first round time click on "Future Match Info Report". The draw will be posted when play begins Friday. All times are official and requests to change them will not be granted, we are using all available courts. Please note we are on Central Time (same as Chicago).

Outdoor Event
This tournament is being held outdoors at Sand Creek Country Club, 1001 Sand Creek Dr. Chesterton IN. 46304. In the event of rain matches would be moved to our sponor club, Northwest Athletic Club.

Withdraws/Refunds
All withdraws must be done online by the player or parent before the deadline. Please do not call or email to withdraw, we can not do that on our end. Any withdraws after the deadline will not be refunded.

Competitor List/Applicant list
The competitor list will be updated twice a day. If you do not see your name listed on the competitor list after registration, it will be there on the next update. Your name should appear on the applicant list immediately after online registration.

This tournament is being held outdoors at Sand Creek Country
Club, 1001 Sand Creek Dr. Chesterton IN. 46304. Sand Creek Country
club is set on a world-class golf course and community. The country
club also features a fitness center, pool, restaurant, and
pool-side cafe. We have 5 blue deco turf tennis courts with lights,
the same courts as the US Open series! The tournament wil begin as
early as 530 p.m. (central time) on Friday evening, however, draws
of less than 8 players will not start until Saturday morning.
Scoring is regular with 3rd set match tie-break. We look forward to
seeing you there! The tournament is sponsored by Northwest Athletic
Club www.northwestathleticclub.net
No Selection Process. All registered players will be selected.
Entry to this tournament is open to all USTA members. Entries must be submitted by Wednesday, May 09, 2012 11:59:00 PM Central Time. Only USTA members can register online if available.
